The People's Choice for District One!
Raised in Southwest Baltimore County, Mandy understands the neighborhoods, families, and shared potential that define the community. Mandy has spent her entire career in public service at the Federal, State, and Local levels—always focused on delivering real results for real people.

Working for Baltimore County Government, Mandy saw firsthand the power of true constituent service. As Director of Community Engagement, she led a team dedicated to transparency, relationship-building, and connecting government to community. She rolled up her sleeves every day to solve problems, cut through red tape, and ensure residents received the support they needed. That experience strengthened her belief in what responsive, accountable government can—and should—be.

Today, Mandy serves as District Director for now-Congressman Olszewski, making sure the voices of the district are heard in Washington and that federal resources reach the neighbors who rely on them. Whether navigating complex issues, advocating for services like SNAP benefits or Veterans Services, she is no stranger to doing the hard work it takes to deliver meaningful results for her community.

Across every chapter of her life, her mission has remained the same: to be a bridge—connecting people with support, solutions, and strong advocacy.
Mandy is ready to bring that same commitment to the County Council. Her leadership is rooted in accessibility, transparency, and compassion. With deep local roots, proven experience, and a dedication to accountability and open communication, Mandy is ready to make county government work for everyone in District 1.
Creation of an Open, Transparent, and Accessible Council Office
I am committed to creating an accessible, transparent, and responsive County Council office that delivers the highest level of constituent service. As your Councilwoman, I will ensure that you have strong representation in the community and direct access to our office for your questions, concerns, and ideas. Your calls will be answered, your voices will be heard, and my office doors will remain open for meetings and meaningful dialogue.
Safe Communities and Strong Schools
Building safe communities and strong schools begins with partnership. Together, we will enhance community policing, support our first responders, and invest in prevention, opportunity, and trust—ensuring every neighborhood feels secure.
Investing in Education and Our Future
As a mom of a Baltimore County Public School's student, I see every day how much our children can achieve when we invest in them. That’s why I’m committed to funding our schools, supporting teachers, expanding after-school opportunities, and providing strong mental health support for every student.
Growing Small Businesses and Local Jobs
Small businesses are the heart of our local economy and the foundation of strong, connected communities. When we invest in our entrepreneurs, we’re not just supporting individual dreams—we’re fueling innovation, expanding opportunity, and creating the kind of good-paying jobs that keep families rooted here in Baltimore County. By cutting unnecessary red tape, providing access to capital, and fostering partnerships between local government, business owners, and community organizations, we can make it easier for small businesses to grow and thrive. At the same time, attracting new employers and industries will strengthen our economic base and create a more resilient future where everyone—workers, families, and business owners alike—can succeed.
Enhancing Infrastructure and Transportation
Safe and efficient transportation is the foundation of a thriving community. By improving our roads, investing in reliable public transit, and building stronger pedestrian and bicycle networks, we can create a more connected and accessible District 1. With my plan of bringing transparent leadership and a focus on smart, sustainable infrastructure, we’ll build a future that enhances our neighborhoods, supports local growth, and makes everyday life better for all.
Commitment to an Age-Friendly County
Our older residents are the foundation of our community—they’ve raised families, built local businesses, and helped shape the Baltimore County we know today. We owe it to them to ensure they can age comfortably and with dignity. That means providing access to affordable and accessible housing, dependable public transportation, and strong community services that combat isolation and promote active living. Together, we can create an age-friendly county that honors the contributions of our seniors and ensures they have the support they need to live full, independent lives.
Leading with the right priorities
TOGETHER, WE THRIVE.
Building unity throughout our community and stepping forward as leaders who keep our residents at the forefront of every decision we make. With proven results and a commitment to action, we will continue to get things done—together—for District One.
Your support fuels the momentum behind this campaign!
